7. Forums: The downloads you submit must be fully accessible by guests.
8. Do NOT submit urls whit session id's.
9. Avoid the Hotlink to downloads links. (phishing protecion).
10. Do NOT add fake download links to your page.

12. Do not submit viruses, spyware, adware, torjans...
